Can you create, enhance, edit and troubleshoot product listings on Ebay, to ensure data is mapping correctly, and appearing as intended, on all sellers platforms???
Key Responsibilities:
Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking
Drive traffic and execute marketing campaigns (AMS) to increase revenue
Optimize listings for placement and organic search performance
Analyze reports from different platforms, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth
Compare the past and current sales trends to determine growth forecast and achieve target
Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions and inquiries and resolve with sense of urgency
Monitor offers from online retail competitors
Required Qualifications and Skills:
1-2 years experience minimum required with eBay marketplace, analytics, marketing, or vendor.
Knowledge of SQL would be a definitive plus, though is not required.
Strong analytic skills, with experience utilizing Excel and its basic functions (required)
Understanding of digital retail inventory management, sales analysis, and marketing preferred
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in using Excel for data manipulation and analytics
Ability to manage the workload & conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
Proactive and resourceful in solving problems, making decisions and executing goals
eCommerce experience is a MUST
Required language: English and Korean
