Entry Level Legal Secretary/Case Manager – Korean Speaking

Diverse International District plaintiff's personal injury firm seeks an entry level legal secretary/case manager – fluency in Korean required. 

Responsibilities include:

• Opening and maintaining pre-litigation files
• Reviewing medical records and preparing demands
• Preparing closing documents
• Preparing initial litigation documents
• Reviewing and processing mail, faxes and emails
• Communicating with clients, medical providers and insurance companies

Qualifications: stable work history, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent computer skills (MS Office), detailed oriented, ability to handle multiple non-litigated cases with limited supervision.

Compensation: $2,437.50/month + parking or transportation stipend.
