Shifts vary, including AM (7am-3pm), PM (3pm-11pm) and Night Audit (11pm-7am). Weekends and Holidays are a must, position is full-time.
Front Desk Requirements:
-Positive and professional attitude
-Strong customer service skills
-Professional phone etiquette -Basic computer knowledge
-Ability to multi-task and work in an often busy environment
-Excellent verbal, comprehensive & written English communication skills
-Ensuring that each guest receives a warm and welcoming reception at check-in/check-out -Providing information about services available in the hotel and surrounding areas
-Processing charges and payments to the appropriate accounts.
-Promoting and selling guest rooms -Answering telephones, taking messages, directing calls and processing reservations-Addressing customer inquiries
