Job Title: Regional Manager
Pay: Negotiable

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and systems to increase revenue
- Continuous assessment of all staffing needs and providing support for each office managers
- Providing training, monitor staffs to ensure all staff demonstrates as trained
- Responsible for financial management, budgeting, and forecasting; ensure region is meeting monthly and quaterly financial expectation
- Respond to clinical and operational concerns timely and effectively
Basic Qualifications: Fluency in both English and Korean required.
Basic computer skill required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dental related experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred
