- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Intermediate to advanced Quickbooks skills preferred
- Positive, self-motivated and highly enthusiastic collaborative team player
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously
- Job Description
- Manage AP/AR/GL/Reconciliation
- Prepare financial reports / statements and other sales transaction reports
- Prepare monthly excise tax filing
- Assist with tax returns and tax audits
- Coordinate with project managers in providing pricing quotes for customers
- Keep track of inventory quantity on company’s database
- Responsible for full cycle of company’s accounting processes
