Bookkeeping accountant – One position available
- Record
financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify
that transactions are recorded in the correct general ledger
Payroll accountant – One position available
- Process payroll with QuickBooks
and ADP, hand key authorized manual requests, balance PR reports, upload
ACH file to bank, print paper checks and mail to client, remit taxes in
timely manner, file any necessary reports and close payroll.
- Communicate with various taxing
authorities regarding questions related to tax filings and/or payments.
Tax accountant – One position available
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual combined excise tax
returns and other local tax returns and tax payments.
- Prepare and maintain
tax/accounting documents and records.
Receptionist – One position available
- Welcomes
visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or
referring inquiries.
- Perform other clerical
receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
