Cricket Wireless is one of North America's leading prepaid mobile providers. Established in 1999, we currently have more than 3000 stores across the United States, and are growing rapidly.
Job Description
Our Store Managers run all daily aspects of the Cricket retail business including, but not limited to, financial management, business operations, customer service and retention, promotions, inventory, employee training and development. Note that the position is a full-time position with room for growth.
Requirements
We are looking for a competent store manager who has a bright and enthusiastic personality with at least 1 year of related experience.
Applicant should have excellent communication skills. The job will consist of a lot of communication with clients.
They should also be confident in their ability to lead our team to drive sales. A strong attention to detail in all aspects of store operations and procedures. Ideally, the applicant should have good leadership skills with a passion for helping our team develop and grow.
Ability to speak one of the second languages (Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) is an asset.
