Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for adhering to Food Cost Goals by ensuring that recipes and portion controls are being followed.
• Overseeing Specials Program- Making sure that our specials program is fresh and up to date, costed correctly, and the staff is properly trained and educated. Developing new menu items through specials.
• Inventory Management
• Enforcement of Cleaning Standards, organization and Maintenance Walk through Cleaning in the kitchen and outdoor areas.
• Control and track Program Labor through scheduling, ensuring that the guest is taken care of, but there is no labor waste and we are meeting our goals.
• Maintain Restaurant equipment to make sure that everything is clean and works well.
• Daily ordering, coding and entering of invoices.
• Creating and Maintaining a professional work environment by setting the example and holding your staff to that standard.
• Maintaining and enforcing health department standards and procedures.
• Holding prep team accountable to prepping the correct amounts of products to make sure that we do not run out but that quality is maintained.
• Presence in the restaurant for all holidays.
• Enforcing Grooming and Uniform standards of all kitchen employees.

Our fast-paced Sushi Restaurant located in the Kirkland/Mercer island area is looking for a Full /part-time Server who is available to work weekends immediately.
Candidates must posses:
-High Energy
-Great Customer Service/Communication Skills
-Ability to work in Fast-Paced environment
-Sushi or Japanese restaurant server experience preferred
-Japanese speaking a plus
